Holloway built my Sunroom, Patio and Deck together. The project took slightly longer that projected but was executed during Covid times when finding labor and managing them was very difficult. I am writing this review after 5 years of construction completion.

Holloway’s design resources were extremely patient with us and worked tirelessly (and free of cost) during our many design discussions (which were each at least an hour) or more.

Holloway understood each detail well.

We requested over 15 change controls which were accommodated.

The project continues to be a highlight of our home even today.

Lastly, Holloway’s support since then has been outstanding. They are always around and within a week or two, all maintenance issue get resolved.

I’ve now hired Holloway for two major backyard projects at two different homes. They’ve done high quality work at a reasonable price. And Dave Frutchey has been terrific to work with. He and the company operate with honesty and integrity – which is increasingly rare these days.

We were incredibly impressed with their beautiful outdoor showroom and professional landscape design. Kasi guided us through the entire process—showing us different samples, patiently answering all our questions, and helping us make the perfect choice. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and truly elevated the whole experience.

Our furniture was delivered on time, but one piece was slightly off. We contacted Kasi, and she resolved it immediately, replacing the piece without any hassle. Now, we enjoy our beautiful balcony every day!

Holloway recently completed a backyard project for us (screening in the existing porch, adding on additional porch, grill station, patio, and putting green) and we were absolutely blown away! Their designer worked very closely with us to ensure we were getting what we wanted within our budget. We really appreciated their design software, providing us with 3D renderings to easily visualize the backyard and make changes to the design. Holloway handled all of the HOA approval and necessary permitting processes which made everything incredibly easy for us. We’ve never worked with contractors that were as communicative, responsive, and meticulous as the team at Holloway. They are absolute professionals at what they do and far exceeded our expectations!

I discovered Holloway Company after seeing a Trex patio set at a garden center. As much as I loved the set I did not love the service (I could not get anyone to help me). I left and went online to find the set. Instead of ordering online I opted to support a local small business. Probably one of my best decisions – I worked with Kasi to complete my purchase. She was knowledgeable, explained the products and features, warranty and was not only competent but pleasant to work with. Kasi Steele helped us purchase Trex patio furniture four years ago. Recently the loveseat we purchased had structural issues that could not be repaired. I recalled that Trex furniture comes with a warranty. I contacted Kasi again and she willingly contacted Trex. With Kasi’s advice I took pictures of the remaining furniture that also had some cracks indicating potential issues. Kasi submitted all photographs and to my surprise all units were replaced. We are in the midst of a deck/screened porch project with Holloway and couldn’t be more pleased with how everything has gone so far. The communication has been timely and helpful, the project flow has been efficient, everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind and informative, and the work itself has been outstanding. Our designer, Dave, worked tirelessly with us through many iterations as we nailed down the final design. We relied on his expertise a lot as we tried to figure out what we wanted – his advice and suggestions were invaluable. Our project manager Reuben has been great at communicating with us, helping us navigate design changes where necessary, and keeping the whole project flowing seamlessly – he makes it look easy, although I know it isn’t. This is a long review, but I wanted to capture some things that make The Holloway Company stand out from others. We have been working with The Holloway Company since 2014 when we first thought about a screened-in porch on our house. We had never had one before, so we needed a little help with design and ideas about what to include. We had quite a few companies out to quote our project, but the standout was always The Holloway Company. My wife and I would compare quotes/pricing/design, but it always came back to Holloway. From the very first time we sat down with our designer; I think we already knew we wanted Holloway to build our porch and patio. Our heated, screened-in porch is by far the most used room in the house and after almost 9 years of completion, the quality of construction is still amazing. From the office staff to the construction crew to the finish team and aftercare, Holloway is a first-class family-run organization that will never let you down. They have also done my in-laws’ porch and patio as well as a deck and under-deck dry space for a family friend. If quality and family-style customer service is what you value, then look no further.

I recently purchased some patio furniture at The Holloway Company. I was very lucky to work with Kasi Steele. She showed me around the showroom and their outdoor area as well. Kasi is extremely knowledgeable with all of their furniture lines and she answered all of my many questions. I opted for the Polywood furniture which is completely recycled plastic and can withstand being outside in the cold winters. I had to return the table a few times because there was a dent in it, but Kasi kept on top of the situation and had it delivered as soon as they assembled it. She is excellent to work with!

We recently had a deck repair completed by Holloway Company. We specifically worked with Reuben and Ted, they are true professionals and it was a pleasure to work with them. Holloway Company completed an elevated deck renovation project for me last month, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have had no issues, and I am just as pleased now as I was the day the job was finished.

Holloway Co. did an excellent job completing our stairs, patio and under porch enclosure this summer. We began planning our project in April and received multiple quotes from various vendors. Holloway Co. was one of the last we contacted but surprised us with an easy planning process and a great design.

Holloway just finished building our screened porch and patio. Couldn’t be happier. The quality of work is fantastic and all of their workers were professional and clean. After seeing them build two of my brothers screened porches, I knew what to expect and they didn’t disappoint.
